Its always helpful to know your reason for return so we can continue to improve what we do, and often we find that we can help with our advice and suggestions on why the product may not be working for you and tweak your routine to get the results we're all aiming to achieve, so reach out to us if this is you. We currently have a 99% success rate which we're very proud of but we do understand it could never be right for 100% of people and we also understand the fear of trying 'yet another new product' so we're taking the risk out of it for you with our money back guarantee.
Please note we don't accept refunds based on change of mind once it has been dispatched.
To be eligible for a return please follow these steps & note the following T&C's:
- email us at email@example.com after 30 days of use and no longer than 45 days from date of purchase with your return request
- include a reason for your return as well as how long you've been using the product & with what other products (if any)
- photo evidence is always helpful if available
- refund is strictly limited to 1 order & 1 of each product. Unfortunately we cannot refund bulk buying (i.e. multiple of each product) as we cannot resell unused product once it leaves Supple HQ.
