We ship using Australia Post. All charges are shipping charges only, no additional service or handling fees are applicable. All charges come direct from Australia Post and are calculated based on your shipping address.

Please note International customs fees may apply, these are the responsibility of the customer to investigate and pay for any applicable fees. 

All parcels must be signed for and if you aren’t home upon delivery a card will be left for redelivery or post office collection. Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a tracking code so please keep an eye out for this.

Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be dispatched, however in non peak periods this is usually within 48 hours. Please pay attention if your order is a pre order, as these are excluded from these time frames.

National shipping times are from 1-5 business days depending on location & shipping method, and international economy is approx. 7 business days and 3-5 business days for express however please note shipping times are subject to the carrier and the responsibility on transit times remains with them and out of our control. Should you wish to make a claim or enquiry if your order doesn't arrive within the guaranteed timeframe please contact the courier directly as this is not the responsibility of Supple Skin Co. 

If your package becomes lost or broken in transit please contact us and we can organise a redelivery.
