To be eligible for a return please follow these steps & note the following T&C's:

- email us at hello@suppleskinco.com after 30 days of use and no longer than 45 days from date of purchase with your return request 

- include a reason for your return as well as how long you've been using the product & with what other products (if any) 

- photo evidence is always helpful if available 

- refund is strictly limited to 1 order & 1 of each product. Unfortunately we cannot refund bulk buying (i.e. multiple of each product) as we cannot resell unused product once it leaves Supple HQ.
